Agendas

Agendas for Parish Council meetings are posted on the notice boards around the Parish and are available to view from the Meeting Diary.

Clerk's Report

A Report is prepared for each meeting, which covers the majority of the items shown on the Agenda. From time to time, the Report will include references to Appendices. These Appendices will not be accessible via the Web Site. If you wish to view these, please contact the Parish Council

Minutes

The minutes posted on the site as Current Minutes remain in draft form until they are adopted and signed at the next Parish Council meeting.

Confidential Items

Whilst the Parish Council conducts its business as openly as possible, from time to time items of a Confidential Nature may have to be discussed. Such matters generally relate to specific details of quotations and staffing matters. Confidential items are listed on the agenda but are not included in the Reports and Minutes.

Archived Documents

Agendas, Clerks's Reports and Minutes for Parish Council Meetings are archived at the end of each year. They can be accessed from the online Parish Council Archive

Code of Conduct

On 23rd April 2002, the Parish Council adopted a Code of Conduct for Members which sets out the conduct that is expected from both elected and co-opted Members of the Council.

The Parish Council adopted a new Code of Conduct on 15th May 2007.

Each Member of the Parish Council is required under the Code to complete a Register of Interest. These are public documents and a copy is retained by the Clerk. If you wish to view any of the Registeres, please contact the Parish Clerk.
