Winterton Hall is under the Custodian Trusteeship of Plaistow and Ifold Parish Council. Winterton Hall is the Parish Hall and is in effect, owned by the residents of the civil Parish.

The Hall is managed by the Winterton Hall Management Committee, under the chairmanship of David Stockwell. The Hall has recently been extended and re-decorated.

Winterton Hall offers a large Hall for hire. There is a large kitchen with a kettle, urn, domestic cooker and fridge. China and cutlery items are available.

Winterton Hall has a Public Entertainment Licence.
