Plaistow Village Trust

The Plaistow Village Trust is a limited company and was recently awarded charitable status by the Charity Commission.
As a Charity our objects are:
- Stimulate public interst in Plaistow
- Promote the high standard of planning and architecture in the Village
- Secure the preservation, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in Plaistow
Our Charitable status enables the Trust to make the most of the money raised in subscriptions. It also raises the Trust's standing in the eyes of other bodies that the Trust talks to on behalf of villagers.

Plaistow Village Trust wishes to recruit new members to support the Trust. "The more members we have, the more powerful a voice we will have when it matters" says Chairman, Alan Ridout
Membership is open to all local residents and costs £10 per household per year. To become a member, please send cheques payable to Plaistow Village Trust Limited to Amanda Armstrong at Stone House, The Street, Plaistow, RH14 0PY
Members are always welcome to attend Committee meetings, which are held in The Sun Inn. Meeting dates are advertisied in advance.
