Ifold Gardening Club has been in existence for over sixty years and continues to thrive with some eighty current members. Members of the Club enjoy a variety of activities throughout the year - talks, usually with a garden theme; shows; quizzes; plant sales as well as social events - a party in January and a barbecue in August.

The Club meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month, except January and August, at 8pm at Kelsey Hall, Ifold. After the main activity of the evening, refreshments are provided and members have the opportunity to socialise.

The Club is managed by an elected Committee with, this year for the first time, a lady chairperson. Membership is open to anyone from Ifold, Plaistow and the surrounding area with an interest in gardening and the associated activities.

The Club is always delighted to welcome new members. Anyone interested in attending a meeting or requiring further information about the Club may contact the Hon. Secretary on 01403 753640.
